2. Ticket Booking

All ticket bookings are subject to availability. The museum reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel bookings at its discretion.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of booking. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Ticket cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Visitor Conduct

Visitors must comply with all museum rules and regulations. The museum reserves the right to remove any visitor who fails to comply with these rules.

Photography is permitted in most areas, but flash photography is prohibited. Large bags and backpacks must be stored in the cloakroom.

5. Liability

The Van Gogh Museum is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
